Highway departments check supplies, school district watches the skies

It was Wednesday morning, and seven degrees, Fahrenheit, in Woodstock. But town highway superintendent Mike Reynolds was already farther west on the Thruway, headed out through even colder temperatures to pick up parts for one of his departments vehicles that broke down because of the frigid temperatures.
