Officials at Central Hudson Gas & Electric Co. said this week they are continuing their investigation into a holiday weekend cyber-security breach that may have compromised financial data of more than 100,000 of the utility’s customers. Meanwhile, the company is offering potentially impacted customers a year of free credit monitoring and advising them to keep an eye out for suspicious activity on their bank accounts.
